Courtney and Adam met on the first day of physical therapy school, where their shared passion for healing and helping others blossomed into an enduring partnership in both life and work. Outside of work, Courtney and Adam are the proud parents of three wonderful and adventure loving daughters. Their family values and dedication to creating a lasting legacy are what drive them every day.
In their previous roles, Courtney and Adam successfully established a new region for a prominent company, demonstrating their leadership and strategic planning skills. They had the privilege to lead and mentor a team of over 140 therapists, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasized professional growth and exceptional patient care. Their extensive experience and commitment to the field have made them trusted figures in their profession.
Michelle and Aqeel Salim first crossed paths as aspiring physical therapists during their graduate studies. They met while volunteering at the Special Olympics, an experience that solidified their shared passion for service and inspired their careers. Their journey together led them not only to marriage, but also to the creation of a thriving family with two children–a son and a daughter, whom they raise with a love for the outdoors and a strong sense of giving back.
Ƒor over a decade, Michelle and Aqeel have worked as physical therapists and been successful business owners, which has provided a unique opportunity to lead by example and give back to the community in meaningful ways, allowing them to mentor staff, empower patients, and foster an environment that prioritizes growth and connection.
